The seminar with Tom-Sifu went fairly well. We had a lighter attendance than promised.  Tom seemed to have a great time and expressed interest in coming back again. We covered the saam-choy mediation and some basics in the morning and spent Saturday afternoon on the first 3 yin palms. We broke a little early when, despite Rufel's claim in the comments, we saw no more intelligence in any of the eyes in the room. Not shocking as Tom covered over 6 months worth of material. Next time we'll try it as 2 half days. Russ was kind enough to pick up lunch, which helped with the light attendance. Thanks to that we came close to covering all the costs.

Sunday Tom-sifu ran Noah, Ben and I on the Animal Form thru tiger and worked extensively on the water dragon. Tom turns seventy this year and I hope I move half as well when I do. He's supposedly sending a set of tee-shirts over and we are tentatively scheduled for a late fall seminar when it cools down here.
