Yokohama 4 - I escape from my keepers
Bruce and I snuck out the loading dock and wandered up the hill across the main street to wander thru the local neighborhoods.

We walked for an hour down small streets on steep hills, seeing stone lanterns and cherry lined streets.

And here's the mandatory close-up of the cherry blossums.

On the way back, there was this enclosed green space,

which turned out to be a local shinto shrine. They were doing some ritual inside so we didn't take a lot of photos. Since it's all of three minutes away, I'll come back tomorrow and get some photos then. I have no clue what Shinto thinks of photographers but I've been tempted to kill them at our mysteries.
