After the conference today, Noah and I wandered around looking for a creperie he saw yesterday. We had galletes with bacon and cheese, dessert crepes with fruit, and unalcoholic cider. During the walk, we found the Musee de Jeanne d'Arc, which was as big a tourist trap as I have seen and also the church and memorial to her...



After that we wandered the streets past St. Michel's and old houses...

   

including some very odd stonework and under a clock from the pre-1500s.

    

After dinner, we wove thru the narrow streets and past the donjon where St. Jeanne d'Arc was imprision before the English supporters trumped up charges of heresy and burned her at the stake.





Then back so Noah can rehearse for tomorrow...
