Golbi on the grill

6 pounds "flanken cut" Beef ribs
1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup dark soy sauce
1/2 cup sesame oil.
1.5 tbsp red pepper flakes
2 tbsp ginger
3 cloves garlic minced
1 cup apple juice
1/2 cup Shaoxing Wine
1 tbsp fish sauce

Mix everything together and let the ribs sit covered overnight in a large bowl (If the liquid does not cover, add more apple juice. More soy sauce will make the ribs too salty.)  Turn a gas grill onto high and let heat until about 500 F. Add ribs and cook about 3 minutes each side until the edges are crunchy. Bring a spray bottle to handle flare ups as there will be some.

Serve with a green salad and steamed veggies or over rice. "Nom, nom, nom..."
