Crossfit in Korea

and I even found Korean gatorade (The name keeps me from actually trying it.)



WOD:  AMRAP in 20 minutes starting with 20 pound dumbells and adding 5 pounds each round...
250 Km run
then 6 rep each DL, HP, front squat, DP, bent row, and pushups.
I finished 4 rounds...
