Another one for the Crossfit guys

Keeping myself honest, here's the WOD: Bear Dumbbell Complex as circuits - with 20 pounds dumbbells, each minute on the minute for 20 minutes do 3 circuits of DL, PC, and Thrusters.

The hotel has this awesome health center and while it has free weights, they only allow the barbell to be used with the bench press. Tons of dumbbells are available and machines but no rowers. The best part is that the dressing areas have saunas, steam-rooms, and a complete set of Japanese style baths in hot (44 C), warm (40 C), and cold (17 C). Showers are both western (you stand) and Eastern (you sit or squat) styles. The cold bath is the only reason my body works now. I showered and soaked in it for 15 minutes to kill the pain. There's also massage, a barber, and a shoeshine stand in here. Very very classy and not seen in the US anymore. The Japanese baths almost make you happy to work out and unlike Japan, no one runs away when the foreigner climbs in.

It's 6:30 am and another day so I am off to wait for my ride. Sadly my goggles dies so I don't get to swim today unless there is a sporting goods shop near the customer.
