Just a work day in Seoul

I didn't get out much today except for lunch and dinner. No photos as we were running pretty hard. Lunch was sushi with a Korean flair: beef, pork, cooked fish as well as the traditional sushi and noodles. We also had this highly spiced sesame flavor raw beef. Dinner was Korean BBQ made with pork belly.  We all went out for a goodbye dinner and, since I wanted BBQ and my host wanted poerk, it was pork belly. It appears these little places sevre one speciality and nothing else. So we cooked uncured pork belly, mushrooms, tofu, cabbage kimchi, and onions on the grill and wrapped the pieces in either lettuce or sliced of dakon to make little packages like yesterday. Surronded by sauces and kimchi, it was followed by cold soba noodles, veggies, and hard-boiled egg.

Since we got in late, I packed so I can hopefully see a palce tomorrow before I leave.

WOD: Tosh  Swim 2 laps, rest the time it took, swim 4, and rest as before, swim 8. Total time for 280m (20 m pool): 8:15
