Sidney - Crossfit but no time to sightsee

Monday was spent visiting customers and setting up for the hyphenation seminar by unpacking the stuff shipped over from Melbourne. We spent most of the afternoon at the University of New South Wales, which really looks like most other campuses around the world.

Tuesday morning I managed to slip over to the Crossfit Sidney gym, located in a garage under some businesses about 5 km away from the hotel. It was a leg day and the workout was squats (125 #). The classes were more structured than those in Denton and with a shorter warmup than I am used to, we were all out in an hour.  Andrew and his students were all very kind. There were no tee shirts for sale and since I can't imagine Sean in a woman's singlet, I passed on one of those.

I got back in time to shower before heading off for the hyphenation seminar, which was followed by dinner at a excellent Thai restaurant, where we had another steamed fish, along with soft-shelled crabs, tofu with hot peppers, thai style fried rice, veggie curry, mango salad, and calamari with salt and pepper.
