Persimmon Tea

Ben's Mandarin teacher asked if we made it. It turned out to be pretty simple. Take three persimmons and slice thin. Stick in a dehydrator for 8 hours...

    

so they are dry and crunchy like chips. Try not to eat them all. Grind up enough for a quarter cup of powder. Boil in three cups water and reduce by half. Filter and drink.... delightful.
